📦 SHIPPING POLICY:
Processing time can take 1-5 business days! I do my very best to get all my orders out in a timely manner! However, processing can take up to 7 business days due to high volume orders or due to personal reasons. I am a mother of 2 littles and my children and family will always be prioritized. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I do my very best to provide you with the quickest and safest packing to my capability. After your package is transferred to the post office, I am no longer in control of your package.
📦 All orders are shipped GROUND ADVANTAGE, if you wish to have faster shipping, you can choose to upgrade and pay for PRIORITY MAIL. Please send me a message if you wish to do so.
📥 OPEN BOXES:
I do provide open boxes! Payment is still due upon invoicing, if you wish to save on shipping, please use code “OPENBOX” at checkout and I will store your items here safely until you wish to have me ship it out. INSURANCE: If you wish for your open box to be insured for shipping up to the total value of your box, please send me a message. Adding insurance to the shipping of your open box will typically run an extra $5 to $10.
⏰ PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment Plans are offered from statement pieces or large purchases. To establish a payment plan, private communication and messaging is required and needs to be approved personally.
⏰ Any payments made are non-refundable! If you cannot pay off the total amount in the agreed time-frame that was communicated in private communication or messaging, past payments will NOT be refunded.
🚨LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS:

I do my very best to safely wrap and package every item for protection on its happy journey to you. Please understand after your order is shipped, it is completely out of my control of what happens to your order. If any damages occur during shipping or if your package is lost and the tracking number reflects that, please file a claim with USPS to recover the cost of your order. I am NOT responsible for the replacement of lost or damaged items.
